We will offer a full refund of your product if damaged in transit by USPS. We will be happy to exchange any unopened  product if notified within 5  days of delivery. You may cancel at anytime prior to shipment which you will be notified. A cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of purchase.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then an exchange will not be granted.  When you contact Suches Blooms for an exchange we request you send photos and an explanation as to why you would like an exchange.
